How do I make an order?

Just click on the product of your choice, click the 'ADD TO CART' button to add it to your cart and this will show up in the right hand corner of the website.

Click 'checkout' to start the process of payment selection.

You can now leave special instructions or change the quantity you need.

Next click 'CHECKOUT' to be taken to the payment page.

Choose a Shipping option & enter any discount codes or gift cards.

Finally Choose a Payment Option then push "Complete Order." You will be notified via email with an attached pdf receipt.

How long does shipping take?

For New Zealand, delivery usually takes 1-3 days, add 2 days for rural delivery.

How long do they take to make?

Depending on order volume, orders typically are made and sent within 3 days. Embossing does not add a delay.

Please let us know if you are in a hurry, we can prioritise orders for special requests.

How do I pay for my order? Is it safe to use my credit card?

When you checkout you are directed to Shopify secure payment gateway where you can enter your credit card or payment details safely.

What payment options do you offer?

Atmos NZ accepts the following payment methods for online purchases:

• All major credit cards, as shown at checkout including Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

• PayPal: if you do not have an account yet, you can create one while shopping with us

• Apple Pay, Google Pay, Union Pay, Shop Pay, iDeal, or Bancontact

Please note that your billing address must match the address on your credit card statement.

FREE Worldwide shipping on orders over $100

For orders under $100:

AU - $10 AUD

NZ - $4.50 NZD

US - $12 USD

Rest of the World - $19 NZD

How to return my items?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at alex@atmosnz.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to our NZ Address, which will be provided once your return has been accepted. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We do not currently offer free returns to overseas customers. You will therefore need to cover all costs of returning any items to us yourself. We advise that you mark your package ‘returned goods’ to avoid further duties. Remember: We strongly recommend that you return any items via a registered trackable service and obtain and retain proof of posting as we do not accept responsibility for items that fail to arrive with us.
